Thank you for your interest in renting classroom space at Interior Region EMS Council, Inc. (IREMSC). Please review the following guidelines before submitting your request.

Rental Availability and Fees
Day Rental (9:00 AM – 3:00 PM): $50
Evening Rental (4:00 PM – 10:00 PM): $50
Full-Day Rental (Key access for extended use within approved hours): $80
Payment is required in full to confirm your reservation.

Usage Guidelines
Classroom rentals are for training, workshops, certification courses, or meetings only.
Access is limited to the second-floor classroom, kitchenette, and restroom.
Unauthorized access to other areas of the building is prohibited.

Reservation Policies
Submit requests at least three (3) weeks in advance for regular use or four (4) weeks in advance for evening and weekend use.
IREMSC events have scheduling priority.
Cancellations within two (2) weeks of the rental date are non-refundable.

Access and Security
Use the classroom entrance on the west side of the building.
Exterior doors remain locked outside of rental hours.
Renters with multi-day access are responsible for securing the facility after use.

Additional Policies
Renters are responsible for maintaining cleanliness and will be charged $50 per day for excessive cleaning.
Administrative services (e.g., printing) are not included. Printing fees apply: $0.10/black-and-white page, $0.50/color page.
Renters are liable for any damages and must promptly cover repair or replacement costs.

Submission Process
This form is for initial date requests only. A rental contract and full payment will be required to finalize the booking.
